Pipeline Maintenance and Repair Land Use Permit

PUBLIC NOTICE

91麻豆天美 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan to issue a land use permit impacting University of Alaska land.

Parties interested in commenting on this disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907)786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below by no later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, May 19, 2025, to be considered.

Disposal Plan

91麻豆天美 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to issue a land use permit authorizing equipment needed to conduct maintenance and repair of an existing pipeline on land north of Jack Warren Road in Delta Junction, Alaska. The permit term is through April 30, 2026.

This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.
