1095C Update
UA Benefits is currently processing all 1095C forms. Updates on the process will be provided here. Some states require forms to be mailed by the end of January (i.e. California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont and Washington, DC). These states will be prioritized to meet this earlier deadline. All remaining 1095Cs will be furnished to employees by March 3, 2025.
UPDATE 3/4/2025 - UA Benefits completed the review of all 1095C forms on February 24th. The forms were printed and mailed by the March 3rd, 2025 deadline. Please keep an eye out for your 1095C to arrive in the mail. If you do not receive your 1095C and need to request a new copy, please reach out to benefits directly with your UA ID.
